Terms and Conditions for Profile Writing Service:

1. Yogostar will be referred throughout this terms and conditions as “We”, “Us”, or “Our”.
2. Customer will be referred throughout this terms and conditions as “you” or “your”.
3. Articles: documents / files about you (e.g. resume / CV, a list of experience, video clip, photos, scanned certificates / awards, website links / url, social media addresses, etc).

By using our services, you agree that

1. we write your profile based on articles submitted by you;
2. you are aware of Copy Rights of the submitted articles;
3. all copy rights and publishing matters are your responsibility;
4. you provide all the required articles and important points for your profile;
5. total Profile Writing Fee or Down Payment must be paid before profile work begins;
6. your final profile is submitted to you after all payment dues are paid to us;
7. your profile is service-guaranteed (e.g. editing, advices) for two months from the date your completed profile is submitted to you; and
8. we save your submitted articles and final profile for up to two months.
