Terms and Conditions for Translation Service:

1. Yogostar will be referred throughout this terms and conditions as “We”, “Us”, or “Our”.
2. Customer will be referred throughout this terms and conditions as “you” or “your”.
3. Articles: documents / files to be translated (e.g. email, letter, instruction manual, book, etc).

By using our services, you agree that

1. you are aware of Copy Rights of the submitted articles;
2. all copy rights and publishing matters are your responsibility;
3. we do not translate Profile (Please use our Profile Writing Service);
4. total Translation Fee or Down Payment must be paid before translation begins;
5. we submit the translated articles to you after all dues are paid to us;
6. the translated article is service-guaranteed (e.g. editing, suggestions) for two months from the date your translated article is submitted to you; and
7. we save your submitted articles and final work for up to two months.
